1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ce99" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at ce99.io, including all associated services, products, software, and content.
• "Platform" means the ce99 website, mobile-optimised site, and any application through which services are delivered.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ce99 Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on the ce99 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's ce99 Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account by ce99.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round placed by a Player using real-money or bonus funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by ce99 prior to processing withdrawals or as otherwise requested.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms and Conditions, together with the ce99 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, form the entire agreement between you and ce99 regarding your use of the Platform.

2.2 By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree", or by accessing any part of the ce99 Platform, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

2.3 If you are registering on behalf of a third party or using another person's account, both you and that third party will be jointly and severally bound by these Terms. However, ce99 strictly prohibits the use of another person's account and reserves the right to close any account found to be in breach of this provision.

2.4 These Terms are available in English. In the event of any discrepancy between translated summaries and this English version, the English version shall prevail.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Restriction. The ce99 Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account, place a wager, or access any gaming or betting service on the Platform. ce99 operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.

3.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation in online gambling activities through ce99 is lawful in your jurisdiction. ce99 makes no representation that the Platform is legal in all locations. If you access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and ce99 accepts no liability for any consequences arising from such access.

3.3 Single Account Rule. Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on ce99. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

3.4 Self-Excluded Players. Players who have voluntarily self-excluded from the ce99 Platform are not eligible to register a new account for the duration of their self-exclusion period. Circumventing a self-exclusion is a serious breach of these Terms.

4 Account Registration & Verification

4.1 To access real-money betting and gaming services, you must register a ce99 Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number.

4.2 ce99 reserves the right to request documentary verification of your identity, age, and payment method at any time. This KYC process may require submission of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ce99 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.4 You must notify ce99 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. ce99 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend your Account pending resolution.

4.5 All personal information provided to ce99 must be kept current. You are responsible for updating your Account details if any information changes. ce99 accepts no liability for service disruptions or payment delays caused by inaccurate or outdated information held on your Account.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ce99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), and Bitcoin (BTC). ce99 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice where practicable.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on ce99 is ৳500 (or equivalent in cryptocurrency). Deposits below this threshold may be rejected by the Platform.

5.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction and per day may be subject to limits that are communicated within the Account dashboard.

5.4 Processing Times. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers and cryptocurrency withdrawals may take longer depending on network conditions. ce99 does not guarantee specific processing times and will not be liable for delays outside its reasonable control.

5.5 Verification Prior to Withdrawal. ce99 reserves the right to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable time may result in the withdrawal request being delayed or cancelled.

5.6 Own-Account Requirement. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. ce99 will not process withdrawals to payment accounts that differ from those used for deposits, except in exceptional circumstances approved by the ce99 compliance team.

5.7 Currency. Unless you are using a cryptocurrency wallet, all transactions will be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 ce99 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

6.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates will be clearly stated in the relevant promotional terms.

6.3 ce99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are not transferable between accounts.

6.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting technical errors or loopholes in promotional terms, or placing bets designed to circumvent wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited. ce99 reserves the right to void bonus funds and winnings and to suspend accounts where abuse is identified.

6.5 ce99 reserves the right to refuse any bonus offer to any Player at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 All sports bets placed on ce99 are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market, which are published within the relevant sportsbook section of the Platform.

7.2 Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the wager is confirmed. ce99 reserves the right to restrict, limit, or refuse any bet at its discretion, including bets that appear designed to exploit pricing errors or bets placed after an event has commenced where live betting is not offered.

7.3 In the event of a technical error or pricing mistake resulting in the display of manifestly incorrect odds, ce99 reserves the right to void any bet placed at those incorrect odds and return the stake to the Player's Account.

7.4 Bets on cricket markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series, are subject to specific rules regarding match abandonment, reduced-over games, player substitutions, and weather interruptions. These rules are published in the ce99 cricket betting rules section.

7.5 ce99 operates a strict policy against match-fixing and sports integrity violations. Any bet placed on a market that is subsequently found to be subject to match-fixing or corruption will be voided at ce99's discretion.

8 Casino & Games

8.1 All casino games offered on the ce99 Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and instant-win titles — are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates under its own published return-to-player (RTP) rate and game-specific rules.

8.2 Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained croupiers. ce99 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

8.3 In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game engine's last recorded state. ce99 will not be liable for losses caused by internet disconnections, device failures, or power outages on the Player's side.

8.4 ce99 reserves the right to void game rounds where a technical malfunction has occurred that materially affected the game outcome, and to return the relevant stake to the Player's Account.

9 Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ce99 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports corruption;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform for personal gain;
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment fraud, or any other form of financial deception against ce99 or its payment providers;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ce99 staff or other players through any communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the ce99 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, text, logos, game assets, and user-interface elements — is the intellectual property of ce99 or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ce99 Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of ce99.

10.3 The ce99 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of ce99. Unauthorised use of any ce99 trademark is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 The ce99 Platform and all services provided thereon are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ce99 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ce99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from service outages, technical errors, delayed withdrawals, or third-party game malfunctions.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ce99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11.4 In all cases where ce99 is found liable, ce99's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 ce99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

12.2 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ce99 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the Account pending investigation. Where fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering is confirmed, the balance may be permanently forfeited.

12.3 Players may request the voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting the ce99 support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

13 Privacy

13.1 The collection, storage, and use of personal data provided by Players is governed by the ce99 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at ce99.io/privacy-policy.

13.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the ce99 Privacy Policy. ce99 will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

14 Amendments to These Terms

14.1 ce99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ce99 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered Players by email.

14.2 Your continued use of the ce99 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.3.

14.3 The date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were last updated. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ce99 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction, and you access it at your own initiative and risk.

15.2 In the event of a dispute between you and ce99 regarding any aspect of your Account, a bet, or a game round, you should first contact the ce99 support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. ce99 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt.

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the ce99 internal complaints process, you may seek independent dispute resolution through a recognised third-party arbitration service.

15.4 You agree that any claim against ce99 must be brought within 12 months of the date on which the cause of action arose. Claims brought after this period will be time-barred.
